Description

This module is an interdisciplinary.  It enables students to critically assess the application of practice as research and practice-based research.  Students will be guided through their acquisition of the practical skills necessary for the implementation of a research style for media production and related written material.  The module directly addresses the integration of theory with practice; students are encouraged to apply this directly to their own research interests in order to develop and refine their skill base, broaden their knowledge and deepen their understanding of practice-based research.  Frameworks and methodologies for developing, organising and managing research plans and projects will be explored.
